They are new and don't know that this game is shit, nothing strange here.

It's common sense to not invest in what one does not understand.

But unfortunately, common sense is rarely common practice.

if I wasn't spending money on cb I'm not even sure what I'd spend it on. Most games aren't even that interesting to me these days. Maybe I'd buy an overly expensive console that I'd use once a week or something.

Don't you have other hobbies to invest in? What about furnitures? Household appliances? Present for girlfriend? Expensive dinner? A LED showerhead?

Only games I charge on are League and Warframe. With League like 20 to 30 euro's a year and Warframe I did once after hitting the 100 hours. Close to 500 now but am currently waiting for a 50% or 75% off.

Other then that there are plenty of games I'm still interested in getting. Which reminds me, today I'll get to know what other games will be in the Humble Bundle. Saint's Row 4 is in it so plan on getting that one.

I just never understood why people charge money for a game before knowing that they even like it.

at least in league you get what you pay for plus you support the game by charging!

the only other hobby I'd be willing to spend more money than I already do on would be breadmaking but that comes out of food budget rather than my entertainment budget. The money I spend on cb is basically leftover money of what I allow myself from weekly spending. At the end of a month I look at what I have leftover and i'll usually put 20 or so into cb, unless they do something I really want like the recent sale+tuning campaign.

It hurts to know wompy is one of the people paying CBEN staff's salary. He should save some money and buy a classic guitar and learn to play some tunes. Or maybe he could visit a DIY imageboard or become the greatest artist the world never knew.
