If your waifu hasn't been released in HD then they aren't relevant and likely never will be. Medi Aide is the exception, because even though she's been released in HD, she isn't relevant.

Very rare. I remember seeing only 2 of them so far.

You know, this "waifu" thing never sat well with me. I mean, all it means nowadays is "this girl is cute". There is no special meaning behind having a "waifu" when you have fifteen and change them every other season.

You know pogs? When I was a wee lad, I had "pog battles". I took out an entire stack of the things, grabbed one at random and tried to flip over the others. Any that were flipped were failures, so back in the stack they went. If I couldn't flip any in a single shot, my smasher (that's the pog you use to flip over the others) was a failure and into the stack it went. I repeated that with, I don't know, some hundred pogs or so, until I had a lone survivor.

I was damn proud with the character on that last pog (I think most of mine had Pokemon on them). It was the victor of a thousand battles. It and I were destined to be together, destined for great things. I would use it as my smasher forever, I would use it to beat the crap out of the fellow pog-players in the school grounds, because it was special. I went to sleep with these delusions of grandeur.

I then woke up the next day, decided that I didn't like the character on the pog (my seven-year old self had some terrible taste in Pokemon) and held another pog battle.

Anyway, what I'm sayin' is, you're treating your "waifus" like an elementary schooler treats his pogs, or use the word like some unmentionable over at Gaia uses "baka" instead of its English equivalent, "nincompoop" (that is the only correct translation, accept no substitute). And that's kind of a silly thing to do.

one could almost imagine that you tried to give this topic a somewhat serious touch.

p.s. "x is my waifu" is still a really dumb way to say "i like x"
