you can combine your run tune with the life tune into tank.
honestly if you are at exactly 0 tec i see no reason why you wouldn't adjust a tune somewhere to get back to 1 to have a wonderbit, even if it's a 0-cost one.

pretty reasonable, guess my brain is still dumb as ever, since i do not utilize wonder bit at all everytime.
