Need help.

A friend of mine usually gets this error,and she reinstalled the game too many times.Is there a way that you don't need to reinstall the game,or something like that?That'd be helpful.

Have her try creating a new windows profile and see if the issue will carry over.

u might want to remove all the left over unistallion files and installion files that CB Left, try finding a program that deletes unuse files such as temp

1.)reinstall AND UPDATE the graphics card driver. that error may likely be an OpenGL error coming from your driver.
2.)delete multiple Java versions then reinstall with the latest and correct versions(x86 for 32bit OS version , x64 for 64 bit ones). dont update it as much as possible.(I do this)
3.)download the new client from the CB page.install it to another directory
4.)try what Sakura1 suggested. I'm using Ccleaner for this job
