| Sounds like you want to be a magical girl.
There's Phantasy Star Zero if you want some form of character creation but its single player value is questionable.

| Monster Hunter Portable 3rd or Freedom Unite, God Eater Burst, Ys Oath of Felghana, DJMAX series, Gundam vs Gundam Next Plus, Persona 2 Innocent Sin, Persona 3 Portable. There are way more but I can't think of them right now. | |
