Save up and tune the hell out of those two.

Original Seraph promo, becuase original Seraph is still masterrace and you can laugh at the baddies who can't aim.

go with sunny easiest to tune

Go for Kilica. With that multiple hits on her melee, proc status effect is commendable.

Anyway if you have UC all shop moe are worthy(some more than others )

In my opinion:

Sunny/Kilika == easy mode YOLO(as someone else said) in detail:

Sunny == Powerless BETA,some kind of ranged option,shield
Kilika == Parry(ONLY existing guard that works against melee),special "Air Step" starting catridge,Special aura mode that makes melee strike ignore TGH reduction...and since her melee is made of a sh*tload of hits you'll easily proc melee tunes like slow.

Note:For both remember to equip a 3s BS and some handhelds.

Alcy(AIR)/Vanessa == Kinda nice just a few things.
Both == Remember to use the analyze & hacking move of said moes on your target before anything
else(more dmg and added effects are always nice).

Alcy == go AIR path  and use the core Stovl/reboost...the nova is annoying too(remember to swap her BS too)

Vanessa == Nice melee with good stunlock potential...but she's kinda frail; also her BS can't be swapped <_<.

Rinka Lynx == IF you want to camp like Crazy(put everything in TEC and steal kill like there's no tomorrow ), she also has 2s parts and that helps -usual BS swap helps too- ; or strip her of her sniping rifle and use her with a strong ART weapon.
P.S:In close combat she will die in seconds vs melees keep your distance, and the knife & bomb combo can only help so much for emergency escapes.

School Ion/School Hu

School Hu == 2s, Nice melee combo, NOT nerfed,cheap (100k UC vs. the others 150k) and the counter move CAN be usefull...on the bad side he has no extra BS slots and ZERO ranged options so give him some gun.

School Ion == 2s, ranged core weapon(33 force Water Bazooka?), NOT nerfed and clearance field on the LG*oddly called "refuel field" but the description says "removing status effects" so for me is clearance (give her the usual 3s BS a buckler and something else). On the bad side she doesn't have her extra part -but the rt version does-.

The UC version has a shitty rifle. On the other hand, her core itself is really good and you can build her with a handheld weapon.
