I've been contracting one for the past 3 and a half days, it's genuinely annoying me.

This. I often sit hours in front of my laptop even when feeling sick. It only worsens my condition every time.

Stay dry. Humidity has more influence on the flue than almost anything else.

When I get flu I limit my time on the computer to only 3 hours.
