i decided to start tuning my yuuka, she is still only lvl5 and once im done leveling her i'll put an Armor Drive Smile

btw does anybody have this or does know a solution?

Stop using drugs.

1- try re-installing your game, some files may be corrupted.

2- if that doesn't help, check your GPU, it may be overheating. Or try downloading the newest drivers

It'd look a lot better if you selected by color and cut it out and pasted it onto a new layer.. that a way, you'd have a layer of white, a layer of black, a layer of greys and a layer of blues. Then, you could do something like color the blues into reds without making the blacks reddish.
