| Hello. I'm having an issue regarding game freezing. It stops responding few seconds after logging in. Previously only deleting "options.ser" would solve temporary this problem but today it just stopped working even with that. What I already tried:
- reinstalling client on different HDD and partition - it solved it only for a run or two, now it's back
- running in safe mode - no difference, still stops responding
- clearing cached files
- as mentioned above: deleting options.ser to allow game set it to default
My system runs at Windows 7 x64. Any help is appreciated. @down It's turned off. @edit I forgot to mention that those crashes are totally random, sometimes I'm able to run the game without any issues. And sometimes not, at those times it will keep crashing multiple times in a row...

| It might be your firewall you should check if your firewall is blocking connection. - Spoiler:
I had this problem once I fixed it by restarting my computer, not sure if it would work on your case
