1. 43 TEC is silly. you get zero benefit for going above 40 TEC.
2. 35 FLY is a wierd point to stop. 31, 34, 38 are the FLY breakpoints.

What Winty said about Short Boost is true. It's easier to hit targets if you are higher. I personally greatly dislike Short Boost, so my usual to-go mobility cart for FLY-based ART is Float Dash.

This is the build I use, though granted I planned to abuse the free stuff we got on her. If you want more carts, simply go for less HP.
