3rd Ticket (from LVL6 Order): Natascha

I was really hoping for an AXIS though. I do like Natascha from my 3rd roll, she's actually really awesome. Arteris is pretty fun to use as well.

My last one was a Shana Veil.

Clearly C$ wanted me to dominate the skies and become "Lesser Hikaru".

But that's a tough job and I don't want to. Can't I lust lazily pew, pew from 2000 range and be OP king of the hill for a day?
