charging issue/RT not arriving

is there something wrong with the charging system? because I haven received any of my rt when I charged.

I have pictures of my bank saying you charged me but still haven't received any rt

please fix this

and also some one told me that others has the same problem

actually, you should be emailing their feedback section or posting on the official forum on the official website instead of posting here, as this is a fan forum.

Send them a ticket, with a screenshot/receipt of the transaction... saying "My RT hasnt arrived yet..."

I did all this, I waited 1-2 weeks no email has been send back to me so a friend told me to try here

however, we wont be able to help you since this is a fan forum, not the official forum.
