Skinning in general requires effort. That and people who can skin *and* have the robot in question are generally discrete entities, hence the perennial lack of original content.

Unless you're willing to do it yourself, skin requests are essentially thinly veiled solicits for free labor without any sort of return.

Don't be too surprised if nobody takes requests that require more than ten minutes in Photoshop.

He never asked for someone to make a skin, he just asked for people to share skins that are already made.
