I heard you can buy Icy for UC in the shop, but i don't see her?
Was it an event?

In channel 1 and 2 you can get Lios all the way to Melfi but in channel 3 all you get is the Lop sisters.

Wouldn't know. CS never seems to either do something on CH3 or mention it.

lop sisters are beginner enabled bots, while most of these new UC ones are not

It's because Ch3 is the beginner channel. Though they might as well add all those robots to that shop because most beginners go to Ch1 and Ch2 anyway.
