Oh, I got your point.
However, it's not against the rules to have a CB club there, besides there is a category for clubs that specialise on games, so I don't see the problem.
I mean, if some J-pop or K-pop band can have a club, even though they don't have any connection to anime nor manga, why CB can't.

Well if they did albums for anime it doesnt make much difference.

CB is a game but CB manga can be counted as anime and manga.
