Anything worthwhile from festival tickets? (Stats wise/Looks wise)

I plan on getting a pair of Anko's handhelds, and I heard there was some kind of handheld canvas that sounds interesting, but what else is worth the 20 coin cost? A lot of what I've seen are shitty accessories that give 5 HP or something of a similar vein. What all is worthwhile, and where do you get it from?

Same here, I've only been rolling the gara and I'm worried I'm missing out on something from the festival tickets.

Nah. You're not missing anything special. The accessories are just things like Intelli Red/White Hair Scarves that are renamed and slotted.

Also, can someone tell me who gives the canvas shield?

Pretty much everything is a horrible accessory or another useless 10-cost "weapon" aside from the canvas shield, which is kind of neat but ugly. I haven't tested anything but I assume it functions like a Buckler, so free 3s bucklers all day?

So canvas shields are definitely just reskinned bucklers? I think I'll grab 4 if that's the case.
