Question about Melfi/Melfi HEART's skin

Before people start telling me that they're different, apart from colours and the bow, THEY'RE THE SAME SKIN.
Now I've gotten that out of the way, is the top part on Melfi able to be edited? I mean the white bit on the front, her chest. It's because I'm in the middle of a sketch for how I want my shop Melfi to look (and my friend asked if it could be given to HEART since he has HEART) and it requires editing that part. However, when I looked at the textures for both shop Melfi and HEART, it seemed like that part can't be changed. Did I miss a part on the texture file where this can be changed or not?
(And before someone gives me HEART's BD texture saying it can be changed there, I already have HEART. Thanks for anyone who was thinking of doing this though, you're nice.)
And if Melfi/Melfi HEART can't be changed, can FLORAL's top be changed?

No idea about floral but the other ones seem to be unskinnable in that area - you may however edit the skirt (I wonder if it can be removed e,e)

Can you edit the skirt on the original? (The white part.)
As for removable, I don't think so. As far as I am aware, only translucent skirts/textures (and School Eve's skirt (no idea about normal Eve)) can be removable and I believe translucent textures only came in with HD.

The white part in her top and the frilly skirt part can't be skinned.
