New Profile Sidebar?

So I decided to make my way back onto here for a bit as I get to be more active on CB again, and the sidebar has gotten some changes I haven't noticed until like now.

So I've got a few questions;

1. Why and how do people have weird blurry usernames in all sorts of strange colors now
2. What is if it isn't postcount
3. Are there like new ranks or titles or whatever that replace and ____________ poster now
4. Is like the new 100%/75%/50%/25%/Banned thing

On a somewhat related note:


I'm still skeptical as to if there are actually this many guests browsing this forum when the EN population is barely above 200 these days.

the guests are probably here from google with stuff like "vanguard skin" and "arcantus routes"

yeah but you don't see that many unless bazaar.

total population and current players online are not the same thing.
