I already gave up trusting people a long time ago.
Best thing I did. I don't feel disappointed anymore.

Like this guy at previous work always saying "Hey, you don't trust me?" and then he messes up when I warned him plenty of times to not mix shit up even though it was 2 meters away from him, and he still blamed it on me when he managed to screw up.
I was 2 meters away because I didn't trust him, and he still messed up. I didn't feel disappointed, but I felt annoyed enough to tell him everything that I was holding up for a while.
If I felt disappointed, I probably wouldn't have said a thing, but I'm glad that I took it all up, despite him not liking it, but oh well, not like I care about how he feels anyway! : )
