1: Maybe you can try talking about something else other than what's happening on screen. Some of my favorite commentators have a mix of talking about life, the game's mythos, and other random stuff to keep the viewer interested in the player instead of the game. Only when something happens would they commentator bring the viewers attention back to the game.
So yeah, talk about something other than responding to what's happening on screen, like robot builds, your opponents, your teammates, your road to pro, etc.
2: Turn off or lower the noise cancellation. I sounds like you have it way too high, so it will refuse to pick up softer tones. That or the mic is bad.
3: Play some music at low volume. Though, you can probably ignore this until you get your mic sorted out.
4: Sounds like chit chat. If you're not telling a story, you might as well have someone else commentate with you.
