What's the full URL? If you are trying the apps download it's only viable for respective mobile devices. Even if you used AOL to send the URL (I assume you did this in PC/Laptop), and tried to download through the URL given via your mobile device, it wont work. This is due to you using the same Internet source, outside of AOL influence, which is only in your PC/laptop.

i didnt use aol. i used my usual address, sent myself an email on my phone (cuz thats what it says to do), i touch the link and i get that.

how to show it to them lol? clicking support doesn't lead me to any sort of report link. it just asks me for an email so they can send me offers.
