should I fully tune her and reach 1255 cost or keep her cost as low as possible
I made a lv5 build for her, but don't know if it is good or not

Depends on how often yo wanna use her and to what extent: if you're planning to literally just spam her WB to run into the red crowds and blow up, then yes, keep her at Lv. 5.

If you wanna use her other attacks two I'd recommand you to tune her more and get BR.

Dry to avoid blowing-up when your host is exploding, or else you'll get stuck in arena.
