so what is the mega garapon? Is that the end of the year thing?

and is this even coming to the en server or is it japan server only?

It's basically a huge gara in which either a bunch of new golds/old silvers, a bunch of new silvers/old golds, or a combination of the two for each category are rolled into one huge gara. Rates on these are fairly good, and the chances of snagging a gold are high. These garas are released periodically for both EN and JP servers.

The moon blender thing is most likely Momiji Sen. Erukotto is Elcott. Besutia is Vestia. And yes, the Fagura appearing in this gara is Fagura Mai.
