I just won luto today and i wonder what bs should i give her and what should i tune for that bs?

Well, some cheap BS with 2 extra stats are Froglander, Fizalivan and Pawnger.
 
If you have 30 rt to spend, the Zero Fighter on the store has a BS that gives 2 extra stats, along with 2 Str.
 
If you managed to get a Vishra, its BS is even better, having 2 extra stats, along with 2 str and 2 tgh.

As for tuning, that depends on your plans for Luto.

I use Jikun BS on my Luto RS. I' alo sure there was another reason than looks to. I have no idea why though <_>
