I'll consider trying that tutorial as soon as I can find a pirated version of sai that isnt the same old one I have, mael is there a way to upload some of the files alone that contain the extra features? Arent the features linked directly to files? or maybe whenyou have free time can you extra your whole sai folder and upload it somewhere? I really hate being needy but when it involves me having the chance to get better I'd really want this.

I'm sure I'm not, I used the crack then installed it, then tried installing it and replacing the sai file with the one in the folder, then I just tried installing it and doing nothing but using the file already in the installation folder. I guess I'm destined to have shitty linework (and artwork).

you're right, I can, I keep thinking that making them thinner will expose their pixels but that's just how it looks when you zoom in with sai lol

To solve pixels problems, I recomend you to draw/paint in a high
resolution, save as image after done, re-open the image with SAI
and save it with a lower resolution...

The base size is good, but I would resize it to something around 600x800...

What tools are u using for shadows and how much layers do you use to paint?

I guess I am not good drawing tits, most of my characters are flat or almost

I use alot of layers, about 1 per section of coloring I do. and I mainly just use the airbrush for shading while using the bucket for coloring first.

I'm mainly practicing shygirls because they have easy to draw faces, mainly doing them for pose testing / line practice. Also I tried to resize the image smaller than what I resized it to now and the lines become pixelated slightly, so I just kept it large, plus I like it being larger anyway just so you can see more of the detail. Anyway how does it look? I know the butt itself is slightly off compared to the clothing but other than that, any comments?

EDIT: I probably shoulda fixed the hoodie, I just now noticed it shouldn't be sagging if she's turning her head, but oh well.

For now, I think you should try to make the shadows "harder".
To do this, I do the shadows on a separated layer with the air brush + water 9 tool
to adjust the shadows shape and give it a better look. I will try to make a vid later...

yeah try to make a video, because I don't understand how it'd be possible to add shadows in another layer without having selected a colored section first. Though I could add black shading on the 2nd layer then add colors on the 3rd and 4th etc for that comic book / viewtiful joe look. Anyway a video would be much appreciated, you're actually teaching me and I'm actually learning after years of drawing the same shitty style, thanks alot man.

Uh, mayte. I don't draw but you should check "Burne Hogarth"'s books. He seemed to have a thing to draw old men (they are actually fun to draw) tho, but he even has one manual on clothing.
