Simple reason, allies, allies would often get in the way of my shots at some point or another with earlier builds in which I had smaller legs. For someone relying on railguns which have an untuneable charge up time, that's not very nice to deal with. So as soon as I got them sexy sledge heim legs, teammates blocking my shots became a non-issue as I could tower over quite a number of them now.

Plus it's kinda of funny to see this thing walking around or chasing you down...xD

Oh so the cart is in the cart selection for this momiji. I thought her ninja run was the decoy jutsu thingy.

windrunner is the air dash ability. You get an invisible dash in the air that scales off the walk stat.

Ooh, right. Completely forgot the other carts xD

Her decoy attack is in her LG. Sen doesn't get new attacks from carts :O
