Dragon Barrier < Blast/Sword Guard/Stun Regain Cart. Waltz's only use is giving the Golden Veil Buff pls dun use.

Pros:
Her melee is one of the best in the game, sharing the same stats with Eris's blades and Kururu's saws, but without Eris's combolocking or Kururu's untuneability.

Can force down other melees really well.

With Laser up while melee'ing has one of the highest dps potential in the game.

Cons:
Lacks useful utility option.

Is terrible basketball player.

Is a terrible cheerleader too.

On games like LoL and Dota dunking would be using a jump initiation on a target that then dies or dies from the sticking on. But, it can also refer to warps and incredibly fast initiations that do the same thing. Like Master Yi is considered a dunkmaster but he doesn't even jump he just warps onto enemies.

She warp jumps on enemies too and they die, why can't she be a dunkmaster too?

Master Yi is the original dunkmaster not because he warps, but merely because he is the essence of dunk. There is no reasoning behind it, but with his move really fast boots, wiggle's lantern, and 4 doubleswords, he is THE dunkmaster.

No pussy moe could EVER obtain the essence of dunk, the only bot close to being a dunkmaster on cb is a jham amateus or sledge heim. They are the closest to a dunkmaster.
