It's not like slotted +1 stat +10 hp/+1 stat +5 capa accessories don't exist, and this thing is barely better than them. You also lose out on the flexibility of EX tuning accessory slots if you use it.

Multi stun after charge. What does the normal hit do? Also, Anko seems to be pulling Jace's Shot Path or something. Her Sub thumbnail kinda reminds me of it.

Pretty big AoE. Might cause a bit of problems to clusters, but he's a big target. Unless he has hyper armour using the hammer, he can easily get stopped.

Her bit has been buffed in both damage and utility, as it gives Kururu a buff whenever her bit gets hit (and the range in which the bits can give the buff, when used by another player, has been increased too).
Went to check my Tierouge. Her AMJ's range have increased from 180 to 270. Her BD's speed has increased from 100 to 300 (380 if you include both EIWs), and the interval was reduced from 3500 to 1000.
In other words, the AMJs are now optimal for ranged use, either Alpha Airs or Katarinas who wish to steal a lot of boost gauge can now take a serious aproach to these boost-stealing AMJs.
As for the BD itself, it was a much needed buff. The previous core sub was very slow, but now it can be used by players who want to take advantage of a Izuna-like sub weapon that steals boost from enemies (i'll just warn here that the BD's EIW will increase all weapon stats except INT, so if you want to use it seriously, you'll have to take both EIWs).
PS.: going to copy paste the changes on the Cosmic Calc page so that said changes can be done on it too.

Any one with feeback from the new Zero...?
I tested both paths, but up to lvl 5...
- Ranged: It add a sub, that fires something from the Orbes... barely hits in Training room, no meele. - Close Combat: Nice but not so OP melee with the Orbs. Main weapons still working, notice a little Auto Aim reduction on the Orb shots.
- Both paths have same shield, same WB Canon.
Personal Feedback: - Don't like the Ranged version, the sub likes useless. Melee version looks more funny to play. Didn't like the Upgrade cart for the WB, thinking on stay without the upgrade, multiple shots vs one huge Particle Cannon... - Seems like not OP, at least not out of the box and looks like another "must hop" Moe. I would be happy to change her for Kuru...
