Image quality dropped in forum

So yeah, like the title said, sometimes the images on the FF turned into 16-bit-like quality.

Whether it's the banner image or image from posts, their quality dropped. It happens at random times.

Not sure what is the cause of this. Anybody can help?

This happened to me before a couple of times. And I'm assuming it's only the CBFF site that's experiencing this issue?

Mine's perfectly fine.

Alright...now I realized that the quality drop happened specifically to png images. JPEG ones are just fine.

Tried some different browsers and computers (and different network too, even tried it on some fairly new computers), and the quality drop happened.

I've updated the browsers and drivers to the latest 'though.

And it spreads not only to this CBFF, but also other sites as well.

That made me think...does Java or Flash Player or other plugins causing this?

...or there are things I missed to put

I don't have those problems.

All my softwares and hardware drivers are up to date.

Ah well...

I'll check google for the solution. ._.
