Sounds like trouble. I believe your best option right now would be to contact (Support > Contact Us) CB at the official site and explain the situation to them, preferentially providing some kind of proof of your ownership of your account, like a screenshot or, if nothing else, something like a list of the items\parts\bots on your garage. Anything that could help their staff to ensure that you're actually the owner.

I wouldn't keep my expectations too high, though, but it's worth a shot.

can you remember any part of the pass? do you use something that is kinda easy to forget and easy to remember (like just 1q2w3e4r5t6y or something like that)? can you think of anything that can be a hint to it? I can't really help you guess your pass here since that means everyone will know your pass
