Well i know 1 way t use webmoney

1.-Go to the Home page and Log in
2.- Push in Complete Offers for Free Root (RT)
3.- Push in SuperRewards
4.- Select Cash Payment
5.- Choice the Amoung of RT you want to Charge and push Buy RT
6.- Select E-payment Options
7.- Select webmoney
9.- Complete the formulary and it's done

That is easy:

1.- Go to the Home Page and Log In
2.- Push Charge Now
3.- In the SMS Mobile Select DaoPay - Pay by Phone
4.- Select the lowest Quantity and push Processed
5.- They gonna launch you to a new page [DON'T CLOSE THE PAGES TILL YOU FINISH THE PROCESS]

Here gonna be something like this

1. Payment method: SMS
2. Text: DAO 168913 <<(This code is an Example you have to make an sms with the code that the system Give you, it have to be exactly with capital letters, spaces and numbers)

3. 54678 << You have to send that sms to the number that the system give to you, remember this is an example

7.- After you send the sms the system gonna approve your payment and done
