how can i get a Dracken?

i want to know how people got Dracken for robots they say is super powerful and i had seen people use them in battle

if it is an event can someone please tell me when does happen

Roll gara or get it out of a Hu cube.

But it doesn´t appears in garapon and how do i get the HU cube?

Read the update announcements, it's usually mentioned what bot will be featured in gara

HU Cube has loooooong gone, it was a gift (but then turned to curse) for the players back then around July 2012 period, and then returned some times later again, and then completely disappeared
