No stat change after doing internal weapon upgrade on Lily Rain HD? Empty

I didn't notice any difference in her core stats before and after the upgrade. Anyone knows what it do? Or is it only works after 2 upgrade (I only doing one upgrade so far)

it's currently 5, 620, 320, 140, 1220 on psygun
and 16, 120, 380, 160, 1900 on psyslicer

Edit: Nvm, when I hover my mouse on the core, it shows the un-upgraded stat, but when i click the core it shows the upgraded stats. Problem solved.
