I remember people saying that Weapon Tunes have an effect on success rates per robot, but take these 2 into comparison:
Katalina B.G. Next:
Level: 8
STR: 4
TEC: 33
WLK: 5
FLY: 38
TGH: 9
Mini Bazooka: [Paralyze] [Great Rapid Beta]
Provides a 17% success rate, while, by removing the Mini Bazooka
Katalina B.G. Next:
Level: 8
STR: 4
TEC: 33
WLK: 5 -> 7
FLY: 38 -> 40
TGH: 9
Mini Bazooka: [Paralyze] [Great Rapid Beta]
Also provides a 17% success rate. Meanwhile, with an untuned Mini Bazooka,
Katalina B.G. Next:
Level: 8
STR: 4
TEC: 33
WLK: 5
FLY: 38
TGH: 9
Mini Bazooka:[Paralyze] [Great Rapid Beta]
Provides a 17% success rate.
Would it be safe to conclude that Weapon tunes have no effect on the percentages?
Also, would it be safe to conclude that having 40 of a stat does not provide any bonus?
Then, following those assumptions:
Vanguard Axer:
Level 9
STR: 40
TEC: 0
WLK: 25
FLY: 4
TGH: 15
Two-Handed Axe: [Great Grappler] [Great Grappler] [Great Grappler]
Who provides a success rate of 24%, has 2 stats over 20 just like the Katalina B.G. Next.
Does this mean a change from the 5-8 range to the 8+ range for Level increases the percentage by 7%?
Also, based on the previous data from the original post and me messing around with a Level 2 Accel Saber core:
Exhibit 1:
30+ WLK, 20+ TEC: 8%
30 WLK, 20+ TEC: 7%
30 WLK, 19 TEC: 5%
27 WLK, 17 TEC: 4%
However, a Level 2 Cannonballer core with all stats under 20 gives 0%
Also, the same Level 2 Accel Saber core mentioned above, removing all its parts until it has all <20 stats makes its success percentage 0%
Then, with a Level 0 Raystag core, pumped up to 23 TEC 30 FLY, I got 7%
But once I dropped Fly below 30, I got 6%.
Long story short, here's what I'm thinking.
Levels:
-Level 0-5: 0%
-Level 5-8: ?%, (With a little math: 10%)
--17% Katalina - 4% (30+FLY) - 3%(30+TEC) = 10%
-Level 9-0: Level 5-8 + 10% (So 8%)
--24% Axer - 4%(25WLK) - 2% (40STR) = 18%
Stats:
-First Stat over 20: 4%
-Every next stat over 20: 2%
-Every next stat over 30: 3%
Weapon Tunes are negligible
Also, based on these observations, if you have a stat that is >20 but <30 and a stat >30, the stat >20 but <30 will be used as the "First" stat that gives you 4%
But here is still what confuses me, from earlier:
Exhibit 1:
30+ WLK, 20+ TEC: 8%
30 WLK, 20+ TEC: 7%
Does having 30+ make a difference in comparison to having flat out 30?
Of course, this is all just based on a Level 0 Cannonballer Core, a Level 2 Accel Saber Core, a Level 9 Vanguard Axer Core, and a Level 8 Katalina BG NEXT Core.
