Where's your K-Sheild? I personally would drop tec in favor of HP/revenge tunes aswell.

HP and Revenge tunes aren't 100% tunes and are expensive, but in terms of HP do you mean drop TEC for more Ranger/Tank tunes or actual Life tunes?

Doing +1 tunes and Life tunes mean you might aswell tune combo tunes, so yeah drop +1 tec's for a few Rangers, getting 1-2 on every part isn't too hard.

Calc says with the currently planned Combat Magnum, 38-40 TEC provides 25 dmg and 34-38 is 24 dmg.

So drop 2 to 6 TEC right?

Also, is Combat Mag plan even a smart one. I have no idea what to tune handguns.

Personally would do another Great Force Beta over the Range, otherwise it looks pretty decent. Regular Comat Mag has a lot of ammo so beta tunes are hardly an issue.
