Also he's asking for opinions, which in this case: It's a bad build. I'm not good with making builds, but I can definitely say it's not a build that's very good.

I would get TEC to 40 since it's easy to achieve on her. Keep STR at 1 if you use WB, or dunk it if you don't. I keep at least 1 on my LNDs for Dual Spike Bits. Bump WLK up to 32 or 36, those being the last two breakpoints for running speed. You'll definitely want more HP.

There's probably a better way to build Mellow, but this is just an example I quickly made.

As iKray stated her TEC should be as high as possible (her gatling is actually considered OP *hinthint*). Moar HP, and WLK are importnt to. From what I've heard her Counter bat attack is actually TEC based, so you don't need to worry about that anyway.

Just a little while ago I realized how pretty the black haired Nemlim actually is (she looks the most vampire-ish to me e,e).

I was hesitating on whether i shd go str or tec coz i loved her bats and counter all the same.
