anyway, can't help you with either of the two since I don't have momiji and I don't melee.
Melfi heart -- tune ammo on her bow for moar healz; get fly + hp however you can.

You have 5 unused capa on both builds. Change maid headband to a 5HP1STR accessory, change AoH to mini crim and a Tech to Ranger.

Other than that it looks decent, though I don't know that I'd do anything but a +1 force on momi's shurikens, or maybe force+rapid+rapid.

For Melfi Heart, depending on your playstyle, you can opt to go for the usual melfi pure-heal build.. or you can choose to be more offensive since her arrow rain and ECM arrows are very decent compared to the other melfis (well maybe I've never owned the original melfi, so idk much about how different the arrow rain is to melfi heart's)
