Zero Slots

Are slots important? I love my Zero Saber Girl's Zero Step+ Scythe combo because it is deadly. However the bot has zero slots (It's the free bot given to all newbs ), should I never level zero sloted bots past 5? Should I ignore all zero slotted bots?

When tuning bots, the first thing I should tune for is power? STR for LND over WLK? TEC for AIR over FLY?

I was hoping to say screw mobility I am BT but aside from machinelet who is just used for crowd diving that didnt work out to well =(. And even back in my fat art days my fat arts still had 20-30 wlk and boost run. And I really wanted to say screw mobility I am BT gona go cry in corner now.
