Did it appear only a second or two after you hit the login button? If so, then that message is saying that you entered either an incorrect ID or an incorrect password, and maybe you entered your login info incorrectly. Try checking and seeing what your login info is again on the website (You check it the same way you do on the EN site, so if you know how to do it on the EN site, then you should know how to do it on the JP site, which means you don't have to translate all of that pesky kanji.)

You're welcome, but I'm sorry I couldn't really help you out. Then again, you could always try making a new account on a different browser. you should also try downloading it and re-installing it to see if that'll help. The BEST solution to do, though, is to literally stop listening to everything that I say, because at this point, I don't really know what I'm doing anymore. Again, sorry for not being of much use.

Ok I never played CBjp, etc, ezc, but maybe it's a matter of how you type your name (like no onscreen keyboards or something)?
