| Who are all of the Knights? These are the ones that I can figure.
Lancerlot - Sir Lancelot Gwyain - Sir Gawain Pacifar - Sir Pervical Gyallanbard - Sir Galahad
Apparently Dikaros is one of them, but it really doesn't seem like it. Who are the rest, if they exist?

| The rest don't exist in CB. I wouldn't be surprised if C21 has all of the Knights available. And Diakros is an ancient hero, not a KotRP. |

| I'm pretty sure Dikaros is a reference to Ikaros. | |

| There should be a "Green Knight" robot to be a rival of Gywain's or something. |

| I can imagine those:
Artos, Size L, type LND. mecha version of Sylvia. comes with a special signature move that includes a finishing strike by which he rams his sword into the ground and then draws it again.
Merin, size M, type SUP: like an upgraded version of Jack Gadget. Comes with shittons of weapons and uses disruptive effects on all of them. Also brings a special mecha chibi "Pachu Merin".

| I can see Merin as an Artillery too... since Sorcerors love long range bombardment xD | |

| Merlin himself is not a knight and he's not as prominent in the tales as some people think. | |

| So there are still only those four out of the 12? I keep getting the feeling there is probably one more so far that I haven't noticed yet.
Just to recap:
Sir Lancelot is the L LND Lancerlot and his various forms. Sir Gawain is the L AIR Gwyain. Sir Geraint, I have not figured out. Sir Gareth, I have not figured out. Youngest brother of Gawain. Sir Gaheris, I have not figured out. Another of Gawain's brother. Sir Bedivere must exist... He is Arthur's most trusted supporter. Sir Galahad is the L LND Gyallanbard, namely for the Holy Shield. Sir Kay probably exists somewhere. Brother(?) of King Arthur. Sir Bors, no idea. Lancelot's cousin? Sir Lamorak probably exists. Probably the strongest knight. Maybe Percivale's brother? Sir Tristram (Tristan?) I have not figured out. Sir Percivale is the M AIR Pacifar. He should be rather well known.

Isn't Pacifar a female though?

| No, Pacifar is an "it" for being a robot. Although they probably consider Pacifar as a "she" because of Percivale's romance story. Edit: You made me think of this. "omg isn't King Arthur a male?! QQ why did he become female all of a sudden?!" | |

So now we need a "Green Knight" specifically weak to StardustGuns so Gwyain can kick his ass. And a "Red Knight" specifically weak to Beamguns so Pacifar can kick his ass.

| Green Knight should be a L LND with a huge axe, a melee attack where he throws his head at his foes and a non-locked LG that grants him temporary resistance to melee. In other words, a crowd diver par excellence, but you can just take his LG and put it on a L LND hopper for extra fun. He shouldn't be weak to stardust guns though, since Gawain by all accounts lost miserably to the Green Knight.
Those are what the Green Knight is most famous for; a really nice axe which he presents to Arthur's court, his beheading by Gawain and subsequent disregard of the fact that he's headless, and a green sash that makes whomever wears it immune to physical harm.
And to answer the thread's question, no, the other knights aren't around yet. What we do have are Gawain, Lancelot, Perceval and Galahad. There may be more later. Same with the 12 heroes, of whom we only know a couple.
