Too slow? Ever herd of Tunes ups?

| I have mine built for fly/tec. Not yet finished tuning/levelling her, but I ended up going with three great reach alpha tunes on dark javelin, one on the dark shot, as well as two great rapid betas. I originally tried three great reach on the dark shot but it just wasn't worth it. As far as actually playing with her, it's been more or less like what JinNJuice described. She's a big target, and with the current meta it's just too risky to try to play really aggressive with her.
A couple of things that weren't mentioned in OP's post:
Range tuning dark javelin will also apply the extra range when it creates pillars after impact--you can have a lot of fun at chokepoints with this, or nail enemies hiding behind barrier fields.
Speed tuning Dark Shot has gotten me a lot more mileage than improving its range--you still have to be somewhat conscious of your position but my damage was much higher this way.
Dark Ball's trajectory immediately after firing will initially be corrected pretty well upon leaving Kisrill's hand, but from there its homing ability is usually not good enough to chase down mobile targets. If you can safely launch it at max range it usually doesn't hurt to try for a hit, but at close to medium ranges the positioning is kind of picky. At closer ranges I have more success trying to launch from directly above or below my target, where the sheer size of the ball makes it harder for a target to escape.
That's all I got for now.

| speed tuning her dark shot increases the spread, I noticed this when tuning 3 grapids and having it miss more often. |

| I feel like there has to be an ideal mix of range/speed but offhand I'm not sure what it is--high shooters are a bit expensive to be experimenting with, lol | |

| honestly I left the dark shot alone, I only use it to fend off other airs. |

| Understandable...different playstyles for everyone. I like having dark shot as an option for skirmishing and the default version felt just a bit too ineffective in the situations I wanted to use it in. | |

| it has better vertical tracking than horizontal, so it's perfect for tracking anything lower than you. |

| Yeah, I've definitely found it great for pursuing and harassing. Overall Kisrill requires more patience than I am used to having, lol. | |

| low int, low damage weapons benefit greatly from the 10 cost force tune, since it will add 1 damage to every shot. If the base stats for speed and range are fine, I'd highly suggest taking that as it provides a great damage increase with no downside at a very low cost. | |
