Account Deleted

So I log in after taking a haitus from the game for a long time (2 - 3 years) and when I put in my account information (username & password) it works... but then it says it's my first login and tells me to make a name.... OH YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! I thought.

My account was deleted! All my rare bots!! Hundreds of dollars gone to waste on RT campaigns!!!

Anyone know a reason for this? Do they just delete inactive accounts or has something gone wrong!?

Are you sure it wasn't a Beta wipe or something.

Official service has barely been active for two years...sounds like a beta wipe to me.

I thought I was playing in Final OBT, which to my understanding had no wipe. And if it was a wipe, I don't get refunded for anything!? I spent so much on the game!

I don't think you were able to charge before any kind of account wipe.

No. And even if someone managed to hack in, how could they delete everything EXCEPT my login information? I know you can delete your account manually from reading the FAQ, but doesn't that include your login information as well?

And now I think I messed up. When it said to make a name, I accidently typed there instead of on my browser and ended up picking that name by accident. So now I feel like I have no chance whatsoever to get back what I lost and I'm in a state of utter depression because of it.

Have you tried telling Cyberjew EXACTLY what happened? Maybe if you tried telling them EXACTLY what happened, you could get this issue solved, or at the very least get a refund.

Yes, but a lot of people call them that b/c of how greedy they are.

So I sent in a inquiry explaining what happened. Now I just have to wait for a reply...

Alright, so I got a response to my inquiry saying that they had information on me saying that I registered in 2010. But, apparently the first time I logged in was 12/24/2012, which I don't believe is true. I have records of creating an account on 6/10/2010. It's not possible for me waiting over two years to play the game just the other day.

It also said that they believe that I did play in beta and that they would try to help me reclaim my account.

I replied back. Now i'm just waiting for another response.

wasnt 6/10/2010 the OBT for comic break english?

CosmicWolf, there was a wipe between the end of the second beta (Oct 2010) and final OBT (Dec 2010). If you did log in during final, post-wipe OBT, then there's no reason why your stuff was wiped (because you would've been told THEN to input your username again).

However, if you have not logged in anytime between the start and end of second OBT, then your stuff was wiped like everyone else.
