You can get them from Lotto cubes or from daily garapon. Not sure about CB Europe though.

If you're talking about the bunny ears, they're a common drop from UC garapon.

By the way, I posted this thread because on this page: http://www.cosmicbreak.com/_/wiki/index.php?title=Super_UC_Gara it lists them as a possibly removed item.

You can always buy them in Bazaar if you really want one. Not sure if they're in SUC Gara, haven't seen them drop from there in a long time.

Oh, pretty cheap then. I had figured they'd be a bit more expensive since they're harder to get now.
