All I can think of right now is stay at defense during Epoch to use the core to prevent Seraphs and shit. Are the AMs any good?

How do you even use Grenade style mains in general?

Arm inflicts disorder, as per the weapon desc.

Disorder basically makes all shots inaccurate. It's very good VS long range weaponry.
Downside: It makes homing weapons a little harder to deal with. They still deviate, but homing is not affected. For some builds, disorder actually makes them better.

It seems that the AM is supposed to be used along with the Anti-Lock. No lock-on = no auto-aim, no homing. Disorder active = no manual aim.

It says "beam grenade" and imo it has a similar firing style as Grenade and Volcanic Grenade.
