| Fixed as of 9/27 Unscheduled Maintenance:Bug with the Perfect Attendance Campaign in which players were able to obtain a Fall Attendance Card and untradable [Ro] Lucky Cube ALPHA from Arena once for every time they logged out and logged back in has been fixed. (Note that there was no way to obtain [Ro] Event Cubes or [Hu] Lucky Cubes from the bug.) In order to make sure that all players end up with an equal number of [Ro] Lucky Cube ALPHA prizes, we have taken the following steps: 1. All Fall Attendance Cards passed out from the campaign up until now have been changed to "Fake Attendance Card" items. These cards now do nothing, and no longer count for the Perfect Attendance Campaign. 2. All untradable [Ro] Lucky Cube ALPHAs passed out from the campaign up until now have been changed to "10 UC Cube" items, which contain 10 UC each. By doing this, we have ensured that any unopened cubes obtained due to the bug no longer contain [Ro] Lucky Cube ALPHA prizes. 3. All players who opened 11 or more of the untradable [Ro] Lucky Cube ALPHAs from the bug have had their account data rolled back to the state that it was in as of 9/27 weekly maintenance. All Rt, Rt Charge Bonus Campaign bonus items/parts, and Premium Charge bonus items/parts purchased by these players and lost as a result of the rollbacks have been redistributed. 4. We will be sending 10 untradable [Ro] Lucky Cube ALPHAs to all players who have logged in since 9/27 weekly maintenance, plus all players who login between now and 24:00 Server Time, 9/30. These cubes will be sent out on 10/1. However, players who opened between 1 and 10 of the untradable [Ro] Lucky Cube ALPHAs from the bugged campaign will only be sent a number of additional [Ro] Lucky Cube ALPHAs equal to 10 minus the number of cubes that they opened. In other words, we will bring the total number of [Ro] Lucky Cube ALPHA prizes obtained by all players who login before 24:00 Server Time, 9/30, to an even 10. Please consider these 10 free [Ro] Lucky Cube ALPHAs as part of the compensation for this bug and the trouble that it has caused. As for the Perfect Attendance campaign itself, it has been modified in the following way: 1. [Ro] Lucky Cubes ALPHAs are no longer a campaign prize, and have been replaced by [Wp] Lucky Cube ALPHAs. 2. The length of the campaign has been changed from 35 to 34 days, and the final 6 prizes may now be obtained by collecting 29 through 34 cards, as opposed to 30 through 35 cards, in order to make up for the lost day of 9/27. Please see the updated Prize Chart above for details. Finally, in order to make up for the long maintenance, we will also be turning on x3 Multipliers for UC, Exp, and Drop Rate from now until 24:00 Server Time, 9/30. (Note: this is in addition to the 10 free [Ro] Lucky Cube ALPHAs that will be sent out on 10/1.) We sincerely apologize for the trouble and long unscheduled maintenance, and thank you all for your cooperation and understanding. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Additional Note 1: Because the untradable [Ro] Lucky Cube ALPHAs were used once before, during the Facebook Like Drive Campaign, any players who still had leftover unopened [Ro] Lucky Cube ALPHAs from that campaign have had those cubes turned into 10 UC Cubes. We are currently working on compiling a list of all users who lost cubes, and will be sending those users the appropriate number of replacement cubes on 10/9. For complete details about this process, see this GM diary entry. There is no need to contact us about this problem anymore. Thank you.Additional Note 2: We have observed a phenomenon in which some clans seem to have temporarily disappeared in-game after the unscheduled maintenance. We believe the clan disappearances to be some kind of side effect of the rollbacks described above, but we haven't been able to work out the details yet. However, we have confirmed is that, once several players belonging to a "disappeared" clan have logged into the game, that clan will usually reappear in-game with all of its member data in-tact. Therefore, for the time being, we ask that players whose clans seem to have disappeared simply wait for a few more clan members to login, as that may cause the clan to suddenly reappear. We apologize for the inconvenience.-------------------------------------------------------------------- Update: Because Bazaar had already been held twice in September, it seems that it failed to automatically activate on on 9/29. Therefore, we will be holding Bazaar on 10/6 instead. (We will run Bazaar again on 10/13 too, in keeping with the every other week pattern as if Bazaar had been held on 9/29). Our apologies for the mistake!

| That leaves me with -20 RO cubes.
There was a 6 hours long blackout so I couldn't open more.

| Didn't noticed the bug, but i'm glad that CS tried to preserve fairness.
But i wonder on point 3. If a nasty player has gotten 5 cubes and opened them, would he get the 10 cubes from point 4 and keep the other five, since he went for lower than 11? Or would he get just 5 cubes to even the odds?
Also, i'm glad for having no big plans for the weekend \ ^-^ /

It was specified that any who opened cubes would get a smaller number of Ro cubes until they hit exactly 10.

Also what's the difference between Event cubes and Alpha cubes?

Technically speaking, they're BETTER than RO cubes. They always give 3s weapons. Some weapons are downright impossible to obtain in 3s and some UC weapons (IE, Handy Magnum) in 3s versions are totally worth it. You guys better increase your standards of CS. They are doing a better job and they have been ever sense the 7/19 update.

| I gotta agree that CS is doing a pretty good job these days. Apart from the continuous adding of giant boob moes.
After re-reading stuff. I disagree.
What's this nonsense about 'between 1 and 10'. Everyone originally would have gotten 1 Cube yesterday. So now they will only get 9 just because they opened it, which I'm sure a lot would do. I mean, a free Cube, which everyone will get on that day from playing one match. Plenty that open it. Nothing wrong with that even. As the event would give them that very Cube. Now they will only get 9 because they opened the Cube that you were supposed to get to begin with? Without taking advantage of the glitch?
I also think the rollback is pure bullsh*t. They deserve getting their robots taken. But then at least give them 10 new RO cubes like everyone else? Their robots will be gone anyway, and you pretty much took away any drops and UC they've gotten. Sending 10 RO Cubes to all players? Seems like they don't know what all means. CS, you're the one that messed up. Of course people will take advantage of it.
Rollback is perfectly fine, but at least give them 10 new RO's so that everyone actually has the same amount. 'Cause now it's nothing but spitting lies. It's more of a ''We messed up, you get punished'' thing now.

They are, try reading the update again. The whole 10 minus cubes you have thing only applies if you still HAVE those cubes, the abusers got everywhere turned into 10UC, they ain't got shit atm hence they'll get 10 more.

I think you missed an important point, Shai. - Quote :

They mentioned all the players who logged in. This includes the players who did exploited the bug at that day. If CS would want to punish the exploiters, they would have added an exception, such as "all the players except those who obtained 11 or more cubes due to the bug". At least that's the way i see it. Edit: reVelske ninja'd me, but at least i brought up the details ^^

Anyway, thanks reVelske and Gerrion for reassuring me. It makes a lot more sense now. xD

Excellent. What reV said! *claps for CS* Pretty much a win-win for everyone; free cubes, the potential for fantastic Wp cubes, x3 everything for awhile...works for me!

| I don't agree, I expected a punishment: Not being capable of participating on this event.
Not a ban, they can't afford it with this amount of active players. The point is that they are still allowing me and all the ones that abused of the bug to be capable of obtaining the prizes that matter, the HU cubes and RO Event.

A rollback is already a huge punishment. They've lost a lot of UC for it. And EXP for their robots, maybe even have robots de-lvl'd. And this means quite a lot in CB. Especially if you're an UC user. Having them do something drastic as making them unable to participate into the event will only make it so they won't login. This event is to make players login and play at least one match for 35 days long. Pretty sure more then half abused this bug. In other words, many of those will not bother to login into CB since they won't get the prizes anyway. It will take away the entire point of the event.

It will take away the entire point of the event. And then they made it 3x rates for every mode (except team fight?). UC and Exp loss isn't a punishment when there's 3x rates. Time is the true loss, but they did abuse a bug anyway.

| Time is valuable.
Nor does it take away my second point. 'Perfect Attendance Event' & half the playerbase not logging in 'cause they don't get anything from it doesn't work well.
