Wouldn't 9tgh and 38fly be enough? I'd rather pump tec but idk, clearance tunes might come in handy

I think 38 is too much. I was going to leave her at either 31 or 34, but endurance is also important for me.

Kanbara uses CV and Short Boost, but you should know this better than me.

IMO it isn't necessary to tune her such things, she's a sniper with a built in shield, her cannon tuned usually has +400 range, 38FLY and Broad Radar should be enough to keep her away from danger if your team isn't retarded. Due to this same principle I'm agaisnt of giving her a buckler.
