CBTW 8th March update- March of the Summoners

The summoner garapon has come to CBTW!

Unlike the Rouche/Mialy Garapon, it will not stay indefinitely. It will last from 8th March to the 5th of April's maintenance.

NOTE: It will replace Connie Gara. I think. At least I got Saggi II from it.
