CB IRC and FF Chat are different in that there are different sets of people in each. It's really up to personal preference as to where you'd want to chat really. Especially with the people you want to chat with. Having FF Chat people port into CB IRC may result in some... interesting arguments that may or may not be desired as well.

I can't connect to either rooms right now, although I personally prefer CB IRC. Particularly because it makes me feel like idling in the other Rizon channels I go in. Plus AFK-ing doesn't kick me out, registered nickname and vHost, etc.

Not to say I don't like the fanforum chatbox, but yeah. It really is up to preference.

its funny because alot of the IRC people actually want the retarded chatbox to be deleted.

but the admins fear people who love it to death will ragequit life.

and I'm fairly certain people don't join it because of the people who Idle in the IRC room. who knows what grudges xz,cori and LXE have with people.

The chatbox is fine as it is - I don't really see why we should delete one to use the other when each person already have what they like
