Were there any effects to tune-ups when Universal is released?

Especially slot protectors.

Slots don't break anymore so there are no protectors.

That's good to hear. Having a tune fail was already bad enough, but breaking a slot on top of that hurt. Made tuning happen a lot slower for me whenever my protector omega broke
