cb X c21 design & illustration contest results

finally the results are out
and as usual, those that won gold will get their design entries implanted in game (except for a very few exceptons rly)
and if you see an entry that wasnt in cb's design/ illustration contest thread, it means its from the other game aka c21.
and enemy section is solely for c21
since they put all of it at once.. so i shall do the same
